Middleton wins Blackhawk Invitational | News

Middleton stayed on top of most of the other boys' high school golf teams in the area by winning the Blackhawk Invitational Monday.

Middleton's Eric Hagstrom didn't get in much trouble on his home course Monday, and even when he's in the bunker, he gets out of it and saves par.

Hagstrom has the best score of anyone today-- 72.. And it helped Middleton take the team title by 4 shots over Memorial.

Memorial's Brad O'Laughlin shot a 33 on the back nine enroute to a 75. His score is third best today. His teammate, Peter Webb, is second with 73.
