Middleton took another step toward playing at the WIAA State Hockey tournament by beating Oregon Tuesday 4-1 in Middleton.
The Panthers take a 1-0 lead early in the 1st period. Butlater in the 1st, Jake Bunz scores from the point for the Cardinals to tie it at 1-1.
It stays that way until the third period. Middleton goes on the power play and Jordan Carey hammers home a goal to help lead Middleton to victory.
