St. Clare Hospital offers 25 coupons for discounted mammography services | Events

 BARABOO, WI  (September 28, 2012) 

In recognition of National Breast Cancer Awareness Month this October, St. Clare Hospital is offering 25 coupons as part of a reduced –cost mammography screening program for low-income women older than age 35.  Women may purchase a single coupon, valid anytime throughout the following 12 months, for just $75 which includes the mammogram and reading.  With just 25 coupons available, they are intended for those who do not have health insurance, who may have high deductibles for mammography or whose insurance does not cover the service. 

The $75 coupons will be available for purchase on a first-come, first-served basis between 7 a.m. and 4:30 p.m. at the St. Clare Hospital outpatient entrance  off Tuttle Street in Baraboo beginning Monday, October 1 through Friday, October 5.  One coupon per customer due to the limited quantity, no phone reservations please, walk-in sales only.  If any of the 25 available coupons remain after Friday, October 5, they will be made available on a walk-in basis only.  For more information on digital mammography and stereotactic breast core biopsy services, call St. Clare Hospital at (608) 356-1434 or log on to stclare.com.
