A new, innovative restaurant is serving up bison at Middleton's Greenway Station and they will celebrate its recent opening with a unique Bison Hot Dog-Cutting Ceremony on Thursday, Oct. 20.
Bison Jack's serves bison dogs, bratwursts and burgers. The restaurant is in a 2,400 square foot space located between Cosi and Starbuck’s.
The restaurant provides a seventh dining option at Greenway Station. The fast-casual restaurant seats 70 people and is open seven days a week.
Bison Jack's is designed and operated by Vision 360 Design, of Dallas, Tex.
